By using MicroTasks, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These terms explain the main rules for accounts, tasks, verification, referrals, and withdrawals.

Registration is free. Users may be asked for basic details needed to run the platform and process payouts safely.

• Sign-up details may include your name, phone number, email, and other requested information.
• You must provide accurate and current information.
• You are responsible for your login details and all activity on your account.
• Accounts using false details or suspicious activity may be restricted or closed.

Available tasks may vary by platform settings and membership level. They may include writing, surveys, trivia, reviews, ads posting, chatting, Spin & Win, and mining activities.

• Task availability, rewards, and frequency may change at any time.
• Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on completion, accuracy, availability, and account status.
• MicroTasks may review submissions before confirming rewards or future access.

Users must verify their phone number before withdrawing. This helps confirm ownership and protect payouts.

• Verification may require a one-time M-Pesa fee.
• The same verified number becomes your official withdrawal number.
• By verifying, you confirm the number belongs to you and can receive payouts.
• MicroTasks is not responsible for failed verification caused by a wrong number or unrelated payment.

MicroTasks may offer plans that change the tasks, rewards, and limits available to a user.

• Benefits may include more task categories, higher earnings, adjusted withdrawal limits, and badges.
• Membership access is activated only after successful payment confirmation.
• Plan pricing, features, and availability may change over time.

MicroTasks may reward users for referring others. Referral progress may be tracked as pending, verified, and active.

• Pending: the referred user has registered.
• Verified: the referred user has completed phone verification.
• Active: the referred user has subscribed to a paid plan.
• Fake, self-generated, or manipulated referrals may be disqualified and may lead to suspension.

Withdrawals are processed through M-Pesa and are only available to eligible accounts.

• You must reach the minimum withdrawal threshold shown by the platform.
• You must have a verified phone number connected to your account.
• Requests may be delayed by system review, fraud checks, provider issues, or public interruptions.
• MicroTasks may hold or cancel requests that fail eligibility checks or raise fraud or security concerns.
• You must keep your verified number active and able to receive M-Pesa payments.
• MicroTasks is not liable for failed or delayed payouts caused by provider, system, or user-number issues.
• MicroTasks does not charge any fees for withdrawals.

The following activities are not allowed.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts without permission.
• Using fake identities, false documents, or misleading account information.
• Exploiting bugs, bypassing intended platform rules, or interfering with the system.
• Engaging in fraud, payment abuse, misleading referrals, or false task completion.

MicroTasks is provided "as is" and "as available." The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific earnings, or error-free operation.

MicroTasks is not liable for losses caused by downtime, payment failures, service interruptions, user error, or abuse by others.

MicroTasks may update these terms at any time. The latest posted version applies from its effective date.

Continuing to use the platform means you accept the updated terms.

MicroTasks may suspend, limit, or close accounts to protect the platform, enforce these terms, or respond to fraud and misuse.

This may happen with or without notice if an account violates the rules or creates risk.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya.
